利用Eclipse生成的javadoc是没有输出包说明的，如何才能使javadoc输出包说明呢？方法如下：
在每个包下建立一个package.html,该html中<body>中所指定的内容就是javadoc输出时包名的描述
例如：在html中指定如下:
<body>
缓存工具集,提供平台公共的缓存工具.
</body>
则显示效果如下：
